During the inspection, they wanted to see firsthand the door-to-door service held by the Jakarta Dukcapil Agency to update and replace population documents owned by residents affected, especially those who live on Jalan Hj Tutty Alawiyah which was previously named Jalan Warung Buncit Raya.
"This service facilitates people who want to replace their documents," he mentioned, Thursday (6/30).

Therefore, people affected by the change of street name were expected to come to the location by bringing their old KK and e-KTP to be exchanged for new KK and e-KTP.
"We advise people to access the service immediately. Because the process is fast, not complicated, and free," he stated.
Jakarta Dukcapil Agency Head Budi Awalludin explained the service itself was available on June 29 and 30, 2022. Based on data obtained, there are 140 families affected by the change of street names on Jalan Hj. Tutty Alawiyah.
The next service in South Jakarta would be targeting Jalan KH. Guru Amin which previously known as Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu.
"Around 70-80 percent (of documents) have been printed and given to the residents. This is the last day on Jalan Hj. Tutty Alawiyah," he said.
In addition to inspecting the service, they also went to residents' houses to ask whether their documents had been updated with new street names.
